These General Terms and Conditions of Use are entered into by and between you and Rarely Collection. Your access requires agreement to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Rare Collection site.

Rare Collection may at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, revise these Terms or impose new conditions. Changes are effective upon notice, which may be posted on the site. Any use of the site after such notice constitutes your agreement to the revisions.

All text, images, photographs, graphics, logos and other material on the site are protected by copyright and other proprietary rights owned by Nadra Collection or third parties, and may be used for personal shopping purposes only.

Prices & Orders

Prices are subject to change without notice. Products are available while supplies last. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order; Rare Collection reserves the right to accept or decline any order, and to correct pricing errors.

Colour

We make every effort to depict product colors accurately, but due to monitor/screen differences we cannot guarantee your display is accurate. Color-related returns are not considered defects.

Products & Liability

If you are not entirely pleased with a product, return it within 14 days of receipt for exchange or full refund. Products are subject to any applicable manufacturer warranties. In no event shall Rare Collection's liability exceed the price paid for the product concerned.
