Keep your cotton looking its best.

Household linens should be washed before use.
Do not mix your Egyptian cotton with other fabrics like polyester, poly-cotton, acrylic or wool.
Sort by color (whites, light, dark) and by type of item.
Do not include garments with zippers, hooks or metal parts that could damage the fabric.
Unfold sheets when loading the machine.
Wash in cold/warm water, no more than 40°C.
When the cycle ends, remove the laundry immediately and shake to minimize wrinkles.

Use a mild, liquid, biodegradable detergent without bleach or whiteners.
The amount depends on how soiled the laundry is and on water hardness.
Use vinegar instead of fabric softener or bleach, which causes buildup and damage the fabric.

When machine drying, never use high temperatures; Use medium fan and spin.
Remove sheets before completely dry, then lay flat and iron.
For line drying, open and shake each item before hanging.
Keep colored items out of direct sunlight; Extended exposure may cause yellowing.
Lay flat on a rack to prevent overstretching, and do not over-dry.

Use a steam iron on warm/hot for cotton; Hot for linen with a water spritz if needed.
Iron embroidered linens on the reverse side while damp.
Avoid spray starch; follow the care-label symbols (medium/high for cotton and linen).
To protect softness and absorbency, do not iron towels.

Store linens folded flat in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area.
Avoid plastic bags/boxes for long-term storage — natural fibers need to breathe.
Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid permanent yellowing.
For a crisp, clean scent, store with a scented sachet.
