Not entirely pleased? Return within 14 days.

Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, simply return the item within 14 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds are made using the original payment method.

General Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Please keep your invoice/order reference for any return or exchange.
• Made-to-order and custom-size items are produced specifically for you and are non-refundable (see below).

Order Amendment & Cancellation

You may amend or cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone. Once an order has shipped it can be handled under the return terms above.

Non-Refundable Products

Custom sizes and made-to-order items, as well as items returned damaged, washed or without their original packaging, are not eligible for a refund. Color differences due to screen/monitor variations are not considered defects.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are arranged by bank transfer or store credit.
