Information Nadra Collection Collects
When you create an account or place an order, Nadra Collection collects:
- Your name, gender, and age
- Your email address and mobile/WhatsApp number
- Your delivery address, city/area, and governorate
- Your order history and the products you've purchased
- Your chosen payment method (Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery, or online card payment via Paymob)
- If you contact Nadra Collection for support, the content of that communication
How This Information Is Used
Nadra Collection uses your information to:
- Process and deliver your orders
- Verify your mobile number via a WhatsApp one-time code when you register
- Send order updates and delivery notifications by WhatsApp
- Respond to customer service requests
- Send newsletter emails, only if you've subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time
- Invite you to review products you've purchased, once your order is delivered
- Improve Nadra Collection's products, website, and service
Payment Information — Paymob
If you choose to pay online by card, your card details are entered directly into Paymob's secure payment page, not Nadra Collection's own systems. Nadra Collection never receives, sees, or stores your card number, expiry date, or CVV. Paymob is a licensed payment service provider that handles this information under its own security standards (PCI-DSS compliant). Nadra Collection only receives confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, along with a transaction reference — never your card details. If you choose Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery, no online payment data is collected at all — payment happens in person with the delivery partner.
WhatsApp Communications
Nadra Collection uses WhatsApp to send a one-time verification code when you register, and optionally to send order updates. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. WhatsApp is not used for marketing unless you've separately opted in.
Cookies & Session Data
The Nadra Collection website uses session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember the contents of your cart. These are not used to track you across other websites.
Who Nadra Collection Shares Information With
Nadra Collection shares the minimum necessary information with:
- Paymob, if you pay online by card (payment processing only)
- Delivery partners, to fulfil and deliver your order (name, phone, and address only)
Nobody else. Nadra Collection does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data Security
Nadra Collection takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on its systems.
Data Retention
Nadra Collection keeps your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal and tax obligations.
